The Ayurveda: Eight Components

5,000 years ago, in the Vedic culture of India originated the system of natural healing which is known as Ayurveda. The word Ayurveda made up of two Sanskrit words which are Ayush meaning lifespan and Veda meaning knowledge. Ayurveda is not only practiced in India but has got a global accreditation. Tibetan medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Early Greek medicine also involved in many concepts originally described in the classical Ayurvedic medical texts dating back several thousands of years.
